I think this has been the longest time between posts since the inception of my blog. Anyways, things are going well. Got married. Got a new place. Got a new bike got some new shoes. And getting things dialed.

Today I went up to Endurance PTC in San Francisco to get fitted up on the bike by Jay Courant. He’s got a PT background with allot of cycling experience as well. They got quite the system in Endurance with lasers, levels, spin scans, and everything else you could imagine. Jay was awesome in helping me out and ironing out some issues I was going through. He is easily the best fit guy I have every had. So, if you need a good fitting and want to come away feeling good on the bike and confident in your fit go see Jay at Endurance. He’s the man.
