Camps done. Everyones fried. It was a fun and productive camp and nlw we all get to go home for some rest followed by more training and another camp for the ToC team.

Hour 1:
Breakfast in the Lobby and bandwidth sucking
Hour 2:
Coffee at the Bulldog with Slate
Hour 3:
On the bike heading towards Santa Barbara






Hour 4:
Management pulls off because they can’t handle the blistering pace.
Hour 5:
Descend into Santa Barbara and start at the base of Gibralter.
Hour 5.2:
Dan, Chad, and I have a healthy gap on the rest of the guys






Hour 5.4:
We start to see some of the guys on the roads below gaining on us.
Hour 5.6:
Moniger, McKissick, Nydam, Garcia, and Miller catch us and Dan puts it in the big ring to break it up.






Hour. 5.7
McKissick or Nydam take the win and I barely make it to the top with them






Hour 7:
Team splits up and some of us go to finish the day off with some motorpacing.
Hour 8:
Shower, download power meter, and have one of the greatest sandwiches ever thanks to Suzanne while Sayers does laps in the pool.
Hour 9. Back to stealing bandwidth.
