1. Don’t try and off-load some crappy watch on ebay: The amount of harassment you will recieve from your buddies while it is listed, far excedes the money you might make if it sells.

2. Don’t wash your car without checking the weather: It seems like everytime I finally get around to washing my car, I come to find that it is expected to rain that night or the next day. Its been perfect sunny summer weather here for 3 weeks. I wash my car yesterday, and its suppose to rain the next few days….awesome!

3. Its hard to maintain a good sleep schedule in the summer: Its hard to go to bed early because, the weather is so nice and it stays light out later, and its hard to sleep in because the weathers so nice and its light out earlier.

I’ve been rollin my pop’s sportster around lately. The weather has been nice and with gas prices these days its nice to increase the mpg’s. I’ve recently discovered that it is also good recovery to ride the moto around at night. Because, the cool air acts like an ice bath. When you get home you can feel your legs defrosting as if you just got out of an ice bath. And sometimes you go through pockets of cold then warm air as you are riding, similar to doing ice/hot bath sessions.

I guess I can’t call it the purple dragon since Scotty Z’s hotrod is called that, so I am leaning towards “the purple iquana”.

Did some testing yesterday and afterwards sat down with the coach to plan out some weeks of training. Things are well mapped out for the next few weeks.
