Congratulations to my uncle Matt. He’s getting married this weekend.

Hit some intervals again today. The Doc has got me on a solid program. I didn’t feel that great when I got back home from Georgia and the USA Crits and thought I was just tired from all the racing but, after looking things over with the Doc and doing a week and a half of solid training I am stoked with how I am feeling.
